Another notable collaboration involves Tsinghua Unigroup, a major player in telecommunications and IT. This partnership will introduce a new outsourcing center aimed at the high-value specialization of designing electrical circuits and semiconductors, vital components in modern technology.
Additionally, Tsinghua Unigroup is set to establish an investment fund with an initial capital influx of $300 million. A significant majority of this investment—over 80%—will be backed by the Chinese firm, with the remainder financed by Egyptian stakeholders.
