Ali Shahin has been promoted to Cluster Executive Pastry Chef for Hilton Alexandria King’s Ranch and Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza where he is responsible for overseeing dessert preparation, baking and dessert operations for both hotels. Shahin’s promotion came after his dedication to work and creativity.
