He has been working for long years in Sheraton New York USA, Sheraton Hamilton Canada, Sheraton Heliopolis and Royal Gardens Cairo as well as well as “Sano”; a leading catering firm in Egypt where he occupied the position of General Manager.
It is worth mentioning that El Husseiny gained a rich knowledge and variety of international culinary experiences including seafood and Italian fusion cuisines and has obtained several awards throughout his professional career in addition to being certified by the CFCC (Canadian Federation For Chefs and Cooks).
