The initiative aims at turning Emirates and Dnata into pioneering institutions that always place customers at the forefront of their priorities and provide them with distinguished experiences supported by the latest technology.
Tim Clark said we need to implement a process of change and comprehensive development of jobs at the level of the entire group which allows us to draw up the basis needed to carry out development successfully. We will test new technologies and ideas to determine the extent of opportunities for carrying out gradual improvements and structural changes on our business model. We have taken into consideration several fields that include comprehensive data, predictive analysis, artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotics to help use establish a structure that guarantees the continuity of the approach of creativity and renovation in all aspects.
With the possession of one of the newest fleets and winning of more than 500 international awards, Emirates is one of two main units that constitute the Emirates Group. The other unit, Dnata, provides ground handling, shipping, freight, IT solutions and the supply of airline catering.
