Instalment-based payments are becoming a mainstream feature at Saudi retail checkouts, as merchants increasingly move beyond traditional bank-led programmes to more flexible fintech-driven solutions. In this context, Egypt-based payment orchestration platform MoneyHash has entered a strategic partnership with Saudi fintech Amwal Tech to broaden access to instalment payment options across the Kingdom.
Under the agreement, Amwal Tech’s high-limit credit card instalment solutions will be integrated into MoneyHash’s unified payments platform, enabling merchants to offer flexible checkout options through a single technical connection. The move is aimed at simplifying instalment adoption for businesses while enhancing payment choice and approval rates for consumers.
Founded in 2021, MoneyHash operates a proprietary orchestration layer that allows enterprises to connect to multiple payment methods via one integration, reducing operational complexity and accelerating time to market. The company has been steadily expanding its regional presence through partnerships, including a recent collaboration with noon payments across the Gulf.
MoneyHash has also strengthened its growth trajectory with a $5.2 million pre-Series A funding round, supporting further platform development and regional expansion. By consolidating instalment solutions within a single payments layer, the partnership with Amwal Tech lowers integration costs for merchants that would otherwise need to manage multiple provider connections.
Industry analysts note that the collaboration reflects a broader shift in regional payment infrastructure, where orchestration platforms are playing a central role in helping merchants scale, improve checkout performance, and reduce transaction failures. The trend aligns closely with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 agenda, which aims to accelerate digital commerce and deepen consumer adoption of cashless and digital payment solutions.
