Bullies at School revolt against order and respect to their counterparts, School administration does apply its rules in harnessing their intelligence and developing their self esteem through properly disciplining them & directing them towards working with their colleagues in harmony for a better school environment and a better World.
The World leaders stand today in chaos due to there persistence in ignoring the essence of world disorder, In-justice & bias.
The International Court of Justice, although respected by the World as the legal authority for bringing justice & world order. In the case of the Apartheid wall filed by Palestine in 2002, Israel refused to present evidence directly, arguing that the court had no jurisdiction. It presented only an advisory opinion regarding the jurisdiction of the court. Several countries submitted briefs to that effect. The court however, ruled for the Palestinians and they won a ruling that seemingly insists that in principle the fence is illegal. Yet, no action was taken.. Previous cases of ignoring the court orders & future cases as well are expected as long as the problem initiated is not solved.
World leaders convene on multiple occasions, discussing world Issues, agreeing on cooperation in setting solutions for world order, environment and development, while the world stands still waiting for a heavenly solution to the essential unsolved dilemma, when will the school administration realise that the bullies need to be disciplined rather than spoiled. World order and harmony does not come out of Chaos, and ignoring the source of the problem will never lead to a concrete solution to World order.
