PROJECT OF: The Turnkey Implementation for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of (500) KV Double Circuit, Quadruple conductor per phase OHTLs in Suez Gulf Area
ONE ENVELOPE (TECHNICAL + FINANCIAL)
ON TURN KEY BASIS ADJUDICATION NO. (25/2025-2026)
EETC invites international eligible tenderer to offer their bids to participate in the adjudication по (25/2025-2026), The Turnkey Implementation for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of (500) KV double Circuit, quadruple conductor per phase OHTLs in Suez Gulf area Interconnection, one envelope (Technical + Financial) on turnkey basis, the scope of work is described in the tender document and will be divided into eight (8) lots.
– The Completion Period will be as following: –
(12) month for each lot individually starts from the contract signature.
– EETC has the right to award one lot or more for one tenderer
– The Conditions of EETC purchasing and contracting regulations will be considered as an integral Part of Bidding Documents. Furthermore, the Civil Law of the Arab Republic of Egypt shall be applied for this bidding process.
– Bidding Documents are available against presentation of Payment receipt of a non-refundable fee of 840 USD in the account EETC, Egypt (Suez Canal Bank, Branch: Garden City, Dollar account no.1330052520100101 (IBAN: EG 720017001301330052520100101) or 40,000 LE Cash together with an application (original plus two copies) showing the name, address, E-mail, fax and telephone numbers of the bidder and local agent, and addressed to Head of Purchasing and Stores Sector during official working hours.
– ALL transfer fees and bank charges shall be borne by applicant.
Interested Tenderers should submit one envelope (Technical + Financial) on or before the day of Monday 2/2/2026 at 12 (noon) to EETC central purchasing department (see address below) on condition that the bids will be valid for 180 working days started from the opening date of the envelope.
-All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amount:
LOT (1): 570,000 USD or 27,000,000 LE
LOT (2): 770,000 USD or 37,000,000 LE
LOT (3): 650,000 USD or 31,400,000 LE
LOT (4): 700,000 USD or 33,500,000 LE
LOT (5): 700,000 USD or 33,600,000 LE
LOT (6): 710,000 USD or 33,850,000 LE
LOT (7): 850,000 USD or 40,850,000 LE
LOT (8): 150,000 USD or 6,950,000 LE
