Intelligent Cities expo to make Cairo debut

Intelligent Cities Exhibition & Conference (ICEC), a top smart and sustainable cities event in the Middle East and Africa, is scheduled to be held in Cairo, Egypt for the first time.

The high profile event will take place on September 29 and 30 at Fairmont Heliopolis.

ICEC brings together the most influential real estate investors, designers, government and telecoms authorities to deploy turn-key sustainable intelligent city projects as a springboard for development.

ICEC is backed by industry leaders such as ECG (Engineering Consultants Group), HitekNOFAL Solutions, Calix, Nile ICT, ABB, Barkouky Electric, Digital Com, R&M, Cisco, Emaar, to name a few.  It is a leading event to gain insight on how to generate significant returns by turning developments into intelligent sustainable projects, said Ahmed Issa, CEO, ROOT Technologies.

The conference is dedicated to promoting knowledge sharing and networking opportunities while the exhibition space allows participants to showcase their innovations, technologies and products to key decision makers.
