Empowering the new generation Through Real Industry Exposure

Must read

In a market where career paths often feel abstract, students don’t just need internships, they need real exposure. They need to see how industries operate, understand how decisions are made, and experience the realities behind different roles before stepping into them.

This belief shaped the Industry Exploration Program (IEP) Cycle 1 by Off-Campus, delivered in collaboration with The Lighthouse by Mountain View. The program brought together over 40 students and placed them directly inside real working environments across entrepreneurship, F&B operations, and fashion manufacturing. Participants didn’t just attend talks, they observed live operations, interacted with founders and executives, stepped onto production floors, and asked unfiltered questions about growth, challenges, and industry realities.

A special thank you goes to Seqoon, Sauce, and Navy for opening their doors and providing candid insights. Their willingness to share operational knowledge and leadership experience made this program both authentic and transformative.

Through these immersive experiences, students gained a clearer understanding of different industries and career paths, real insight into the skills and expectations required in the workforce, exposure to leadership thinking and decision-making, and increased confidence in navigating their professional journey. IEP Cycle 1 was not about theoretical learning, it was about awareness, perspective, and informed ambition.

By providing structured early-stage exposure, Off-Campus is helping students move from uncertainty to clarity, empowering them to make smarter career decisions and step into the workforce with confidence. IEP Cycle 1 was just the beginning.
