Sometimes we might live our lives and do not realize the power of our minds, we underestimate it or do not dare to explore it.

The mind is such a powerful part of the human body; it can control our emotions, reactions and views of life. With a thought we can actually change our lives to the better or to the worse. black-024
How we can perceive events that happen in our lives is also controlled by the flow of our thoughts, which is the mind’s responsibility.

In order to have a positive flow of thoughts within one’s mind, you actually need to use the affirmation technique; which the authors Napoleon Hill and Clement Stone propose in their book, “Success through a positive, mental habit”.

They explain that the human mind works on two levels -conscious and the subconscious- the authors suggest that if we feed our minds with positive affirmation, or auto suggestions, on a regular basis, these affirmation would be then translated to the subconscious level and if these positive affirmations get to the subconscious level, they will voluntarily create positive habits of actions and reactions to events occurring in your life.

Lets us take the example of Emile Coue, who wrote a book; named, “Self mastery through conscious auto suggestion”, Emile further explains that the auto suggestions that one can use -say it out loud to yourself twice a day- make you create habitual thoughts that are favorable efforts to transmute desire into monetary equivalent.

For example, when you say “with the will of God, I am getting better and better everyday”, you actually use positive affirmation to fill the mind with positive thoughts, and if the mind is filled with positive thoughts, the actions taken by the human being will be actually in favor of such positive attitude -that could actually bring more positivity into his life, through laws of abundance.

The law of abundance mainly focuses on always expecting that good will happen; to think that the universe is full of good things and these good things will come to you when you focus your mind.
Believing in the grace of God is another important factor that make the law of abundance even stronger.
Your mind can actually make your life a happy life or a miserable one. If you train your mind to only think positive, you will see miracles happening.
