Pilot Hisham Al-Nahas, chairman of EgyptAir Airlines, said that the company has launched new services to its customers on its official website, where travellers can pay the cost of excess weight – if any – on the website before heading to the airport, and there is also available another applications of which passengers can choose their favourite meal to take it up on the plane during their trip, as well as the choice of entertainment programmes they wish to watch during the flight, it is part of the company’s eagerness to facilitate travel and save time and effort for travellers procedures in order to make their travel experience on EgyptAir enjoyable and comfortable experience.
Al-Nahas added that amongst the developed services on its website is the possibility of booking seats in the Exit Seats available on economy class, which is characterized by its breadth in the space in front of the seat and on some flights, such as New York, Johannesburg, London, pointing out that Egypt Air is sparing no effort in providing all means of comfort and luxury to travellers on board, as they always seek to development in the level of services provided and the development of other new services to meet the tastes and desires of its customers which comes on its top priority.
