Crédit Agricole’s usual general assembly will be held on March 30th to review distributing dividends of 1.96 pounds per share- for FY ending December 31, 2015.

The assembly will discuss approving financial statements and BOD’s report of the same period.

The bank said that total profits to be distributed are estimated at EGP 608.3m -namely 60 per cent of net profits in 2015. Crédit Agricole’s net profits reached EGP 1.037bn in 2015 -against EGP 675.7m in 2014. The bank’s stock recorded a level of 21 pounds, with trading volume of 344.2k shares for EGP 2.2m.
