The board of directors of Raya Contact Center approved submitting a binding acquisition proposal to acquire a contact center services company operating in a GCC country.
The board delegated the chairman or whoever he delegates to sign the offer, appoint an independent financial advisor to assess the value of the target company, and enter into negotiations with relevant parties to conclude the acquisition deal, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
In 2020, the company reported consolidated net profits of EGP 36.48 million, down from EGP 114.57 million a year earlier, including minority shareholders’ rights.
