Agreements worth $26bn made at Eastern Economic Forum

Signing 200 agreement worth $26bn


More than 200 agreements worth 1.7 trillion rubles ($26 billion) have been signed during the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) in Vladivostok, Far East Development Minister Alexander Galushka said.
Russia’s Far East development minister announced that more than 3 thousand people from 60 countries attended the forum. The largest delegation came from Japan, followed by China and the third was from South Korea, he said.  “Among the forum agreement is an agreement worth 500bn rubles to implement Amur gas chemical complex, made between Russia’s Far East Development Ministry and Sepurum for Investment”, Galushka pointed.

Furthermore, Russia’s Far East Development Ministry has signed an agreement with Balios Co. to develop a gold mine, with investments worth 98.5 rubles. An agreement between the ministry and Alrosa, a diamond mining company, was made with investments worth 63bn rubles.
