President of Academy of Scientific Research and Technology prof. Mahmoud Sakr signed a scientific cooperation agreement on behalf of the Egyptian government with Chairman of National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Dr. Vladimir Gusakov, during the Egyptian-Belarusian Business Forum. Signing this agreement is attended by president El-Sisi, Belarusian president Lukashenko, and ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Minister Ashraf El-Shihy said that signing this agreement is a coronation of the ministry of The Higher Education’s efforts, which aim to serve the goals of development and Technology localisation by the international cooperation.
Prof. Mahmoud Sakr said that the agreement focus on implementing research and development projects, and technology transfer between the two countries, in addition to exchange of expertise and organisation of joint activities in the fields of agriculture, food, environment and agro-processing, spare parts and alloys.
