The total real estate loans by banks reached SAR 202,322 million by the end of the third quarter of 2016, up from SAR 191,818 million in the second quarter of 2016, with an increase 5.5%, according to the monthly bulletin by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA).
SAMA declared that individual borrowers had risen to SAR 109482 million during the third quarter of 2016, up from SAR 108244 million in the second quarter of 2016.
In addition to, commercial real estate loans reached SAR 92840 million by the end of the third quarter of 2016, up from SAR 83574 million in the second quarter of 2016.
