Success stories of businessmen and wealthy people who have endured long decades of hard work to build their wealth do not necessarily have to be the norm in today’s world.
Technology, along with social media, has made many young men so wealthy; the majority of wealthy young men have built their wealth through innovation and new ideas, in addition to good luck.
Hurun’s last report, titled “Self- made wealthy young men aging below 35 years”, said: “Evan Spiegel, who is 25 and co-founder of the mobile app Snapchat, is on the top of wealthiest young men’s list in the technology sector. Spiegel’s wealth is valued at $1.5bn.”

As a result of his company’s quick growth and huge additional profits (increased from $538m to $16bn), Spiegel’s wealth has gone up to $2.1bn.
Bobby Murphy
Bobby Murphy, who is 26 and co-founder of Snapchat, is the second wealthiest self-made young man with wealth worth of $1.8bn.
The Collison brothers
John and Patrick Collision are the fourth and fifth of the world wealthiest young men; their wealth is valued at roughly $1bn. John, who is 26 and Patrick, who is 27, are the founders of Stripe, online payment company. Stripe was founded in 2011 and its capital was estimated at $5m last October.
Mark Zuckerberg
Although, Mark Zuckerberg, who is 31 and co-founder and CEO of Facebook, is not the youngest wealthy man, he is the wealthiest self-made man aging below 35 years in the technology sphere. Zuckerberg has 475.2 million shares of Facebook; each share is valued at $116.87 which means that his wealth has exceeded $5.5bn.
