Emirates Airways organises an open day for the appointment of a new batch of cabin crew, to be held in in Cairo on July 21.
The total number of Egyptians working in that global airlines more than 1,800 employees hold a variety of jobs across the Emirates Group, including more than 900 in cabin crews services .
Emirates has began services to Egypt in 1986 and is currently running, weekly, 14Â flights between Cairo and Dubai.
The company received during 2014 , 483,944 applications over the Internet from more than 227 countries, to compete for about 2,000 jobs across all sectors of the company. They also receive in an average of about 1,500 inquiries per month about their own jobs through social networking channels.
Emirates flights currently cover 145 destinations around the world, featuring a modern fleet of more than 234 aircraft equipped with a broad superior amenities and entertainment leading levels on a global scale structure. Emirates is also the largest operator of Airbus’ A380 giant and is expected to receive another 15 aircraft of the same model within year 2015, as well as 79 other aircraft currently under demand.
To meet the rapid expansion which is characterized by highly dynamic requirements, Emirates plans to appoint 11,000 new employees during 2015 to provide distinct professional experience for the crew service, which currently employs more than 20 thousand members of the cabin crews , from more than 135 countries, and speak more than 55 languages.
