Development of 1000 MW BOO Wind Power Project in West of Sohag Area with Participation of Private Sector
Request for Pre-Qualification RFPQ
EETC aims to develop a wind power project with a capacity of [1,000 MW]. EETC invites the experienced local/foreign developers/investors to submit their technical and financial experience to develop such Project following the Build Own Operate (BOO) scheme. The developers will design, finance, construct, own and operate the project. EETC will purchase the electricity generated according to the conditions stated in the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
The State of Qualification (SOQ) submitted by the Applicant will be evaluated based on the Minimum Eligibility Requirements MERs summarized in the Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) documents.
The applicant has to pay 500 USD in cash or transfer to the EETC’s bank account to receive the RFPQ documents. All transfer fees and bank charges shall be borne by the applicant. The bank account details are as follows:

Moreover, the applicant can receive the RFPQ documents by email after sending the payment swift to the above mentioned email.
The applicant has to submit the State of Qualification SOQ documents hard copy and Electronic copy formats to EETC-Head of Purchases Sector Office-no later than Sunday 1/3/2026 at 12:00 noon.
