Misr Fertilizers Production Company (MOPCO) announces a public bid in the Egyptian local market, using a sealed envelope method.

10,000 tons (ten thousand tons) of granulated urea (46 nitrogen)

The sold goods shall be delivered to the site of the Misr Fertilizers Production Company (MOPCO) factory at the address of the Damietta General Free Zone, loaded onto customers’ cars and according to a shipping program determined by the company.
Anyone intrested to participate in the auction must submit their bid in accordance with the following conditions:
1- He must have a tax card, a commercial register, a license to trade in agricultural fertilizers, or an agricultural possession card.
2 – Anyone who participates in the auction will be registered in the company’s local customer register at the General Department of Marketing and Sales to be a permanent customer of the company.
3 – The award price includes bags and packaging and excludes taxes (5%).
4 – The offer to be submitted, accompanied by the bid bond mentioned in paragraph 5 below, and placed in a sealed envelope in the name of (Misr Fertilizer Production Company – MOPCO / Pelleted Urea Sales Committee).
5 – Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond as a guarantee of seriousness of participation in the form of an unconditional letter of guarantee or an acceptable check payable to the Misr Fertilizers Production Company – MOPCO – in the amount of 0.5% of the value of the application, provided that it is issued by one of the approved banks within the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any bid not accompanied by the aforementioned bid bond will not be considered, and the aforementioned bid bond must be completed to a percentage of 5% of the value of the sold materials once the bid is awarded.
6 – The person who awarded the bid is obligated to withdraw the entire quantity within the dates specified by MOPCO If he delays withdrawing the quantities after the specified date, the company will sell those quantities on his account and he will be charged for the price difference and will bear the storage costs and all administrative expenses.
7 – The last date for submitting bids to the committee designated for this purpose is Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at exactly twelve noon at the company’s headquarters located in Cairo Governorate – New Cairo – Building No. 194 – Second Sector – City Center – Fifth Settlement – at the General Administration of Marketing and Sales.
8 – The company has the right to cancel the auction at any time without giving reasons.
