Mrs. Khumbizi Chibunda, Minister of Health of Malawi, praised the high technical level of drug production in EIPICO Pharmaceutical Company, that guarantees its production according to international quality, and she stressed that what she has already witnessed exceeds all expectations or perceptions, also she stressed the need to benefit from the advanced Egyptian experience to train pharmaceutical cadres for quality control in her country.
Dr. Olfat Ghorab emphasized the role of Acdima companies – the strong arm of the state to support the state in providing medicine to citizens and pharmaceutical raw materials for the pharmaceutical industry in Egypt, especially in times of crisis, pointing out to the role of Acdima companies in providing all the medicines used for treatment protocols for corona, which contributed to face this epidemic, emphasizing Acdima’s ability to support the state as well in moving towards providing safe and effective medicine at an appropriate price to the brothers in the African continent.

Dr. Ahmed Kilani, Chairman and Managing Director of EIPICO Pharmaceutical Company, stressed EIPICO’s great interest in cooperating with the brothers in Africa, and that all the advanced technical capabilities in EIPICO are available to train pharmaceutical cadres in Malawi, pointing to the important role played by EIPICO in providing millions of doses of medicines used in the presidential initiative to eradicate the virus C, which contributed to supporting the state’s efforts to eradicate this disease, as well as providing many of the medicines used in the treatment of corona and we are ready To cooperate with our brothers in Malawi in these areas and others.
This came during the visit of Mrs. Khumbezi Chibunda, Minister of Health of Malawi, to the factories of EIPICO Pharmaceutical Company in the 10th of Ramadan City, accompanied by a high-level delegation from the Ministry of Health in Malawi.
They were received at the factory by Dr. Olfat Ghorab, President of Acdima Company, and Dr. Ahmed Kilani, Chairman and Managing Director of EIPICO Pharmaceutical Company.
Dr. Olfat Ghorab gave a presentation on the capabilities of Acdima companies, their future projects and the success of their experience in providing medical services in African countries (Uganda) and their cooperation with the state in the success of all health initiatives.
Dr. Ahmed Kilani submitted a presentation of the great capabilities of EIPICO in the field of drug manufacturing at a highest levels of international quality, he revealed that the company obtained many international quality certificates from about 70 countries, and that EIPICO alone exports 30% of the total Egyptian drug exports to Africa.
At the end of the visit, the Minister and the accompanying delegation visited the various production departments of the company, and expressed a great admiration for the advanced global technological level available in the production of medicine at the highest levels of efficiency and quality, emphasizing that this visit will not be the last for officials of the Ministry of Health of Malawi, but rather a new phase of cooperation with EIPICO has begun now… on the sidelines of the first African medical conference and exhibition.
