MUP” Medical Union Pharmaceuticals”, one of the largest companies of the Acdima Group, signed a strategic partnership contract with the Nimolox Group from the State of South Africa, on the sidelines of the activities of the first African Medical Conference and Exhibition “Africa Health ExCon”, which was being held under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi from 5 to June 7, 2022.
Dr. Ahmed Laila, Chairman and Managing Director of the Medical Professions Company, signed the agreement with Antoine Arendsey, CEO of the South African Nimolox Group, the agreement was signed on the Acdima pavilion at the exhibition.
The signing of the agreement was witnessed by Dr. Olfat Ghorab, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Acdima, Dr. Ahmed Kilani, Chairman and Managing Director of EIPICO, and a group of chairmen and members of the boards of directors of Acdima subsidiaries.
This partnership aims to start registering the factories and products of the MUP” Medical Union Pharmaceuticals” in South Africa and the “SADC” region, which includes 11 countries in addition to South Africa.
It is worth noting that the MUP Medical Union Pharmaceuticals occupied the fourth place in 2021 at the level of the Egyptian companies exporting medicines, with sales equivalent of more than 252 million pounds, and it also occupied the fourth position in the total number of exporting countries amounting to about 36 countries.
