During, the press conference held by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi in Egypt with President of Singapore, El-Sisi announced the agreement to promote trade cooperation between Egypt and Singapore during the coming period. This came to confirm the president’s efforts to strengthen the cooperation with the leading states economically.
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi welcomed Tony Tan president of the Republic of Singapore. They both sated that the bilateral relations between the two countries have witnessed remarkable growth and development in all fields, reflecting the common will of the two countries to improve their cooperation.
President El-Sisi said at a joint press conference with his Singaporean counterpart: “Your visit to Egypt is considered a significant step towards strengthening the bilateral relations between the two countries. It came to continue what we have accomplished during my visit to Singapore in 2015. Your visit came while celebrating 50 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries. We are looking forward for more”, said President El-Sisi.
