Cairo is to host a meeting on 13 and 14 July to discuss the business development of institutions, established by Prince Talal Bin Abdulaziz President of Arab Gulf Program. These 15 institutions are established 40 years ago; they deliver services in the following domains: Child protection and development, women support, open universities education development and global development projects support. These institutions are spread around Arab countries.
Abdul Monam Al-Shanihi, Prince Talal’s media advisor, stated on Monday that it is expected of this meeting, which will last for two days, to come up with new projects that will be established jointly by institutions of Arab Gulf Program, according to Middle East News Agency. The meeting will also come up with recommendations to support the vision and mission of these development institutions.
Al-Shanihi adds, an interview will be conducted with Prince Talal and CEOs of the development institutions in order to have an account of their objectives, roles, mission, achievements and challenges.
The meeting will include the media committee members of Prince Talal and representatives of the development institutions. These institutions include Arab Gulf Program, Arab Gulf Program for development, Arab network of national organisations, Arab Woman centre of training and research and Open Arab University.
