Egypt’s ministry of foreign affairs issued a statement, in response to a previous statement by Sudan foreign ministry calling for negotiations over Hala’ib and Shalateen.
Egyptian ministry of foreign affairs’ spokesman stressed out, in the statement, that Hala’ib and Shalateen Triangle is Egyptian and falls under Egypt’s sovereignty, adding that Egypt has no other comment on Sudan’s statement.
