Egyptian, Russian customs sign agreements of cooperation

Egyptian Customs Authority and its Russian counterpart have signed agreements of mutual administrative assistance and protocols for cooperation in field of value and subsequent review between customs authorities.

The two sides have also signed protocols to exchange information about the value of the customs on different products and goods, Al-Bawaba News reported.

An official within Customs Department told Al Bawaba on condition of anonymity that an Egyptian Customs delegation headed by Magdi Abdel Aziz, has participated in the Russian Customs Exhibition 2015, which includes all customs achievements during the year.

The source added that it was agreed to establish regular contact between both customs authorities to review documents, which could help the flow of Egyptian goods to the Russian market and overcome any kind of barriers.
