The United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) has honoured the Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals Company (SIDREC).
SIDREC was honoured in its capacity as one of Egypt’s leading companies that has achieved a remarkable accomplishment through the application of energy-saving systems. The applied energy systems have saved LE8 million annually.
Operating within the materials sector focusing on commodity chemicals, SIDREC is a public company, listed on Egyptian Exchange since March 2005. It has two subsidiaries operating across Egypt, working on energy and textiles. SIDREC is based in Alexandria, Egypt and was established in November 1997.
