Egypt’s Ministry of Investment and Saudi Public Investment Fund will signd a MOU, during the 5th Egyptian-Saudi Coordination Council meeting, which was held in Riyadh this month, said Minister Ashraf Salman.
This MOU represents the final agreement on several projects -to be projected before the Saudi part – which include energy, housing and tourism projects. Moreover, it is considered the first step towards implementing the SAR 30bn projects earmarked to Egypt.
It is expected that during the Saudi King’s upcoming visit to Cairo, the Egyptian-Saudi Coordination Council will convene, and a number of Saudi investment agreements will be signed.
