It seems clear that the time has come to re-collect/re-assemble parts of the former Soviet Union. At this points 24 years after the declaration of independence of the various parts of ex- USSR Russian deputy premier Dimittri Rogozen confirms that it is about time for this crucial step. Dimittri is the ex- Russian envoy to the NATO .
The above means that America, Russia and their allies are on the road to reassembling the scattered parts, this in turn means that the second phase of the cold war is about to re-surface over the next years 2015/2016 , marking a new phase of challenge for both uncle Sam and Lenin’s grand children.
However, the real conflict will not commence now, as the two sides are currently in need for full balance to stand on solid ground.
