Petroleum Marine Services Company (PMS), a leading player in Egypt’s petroleum sector, has officially announced the opening of a new branch in Saudi Arabia. The office, located in Al-Salam Tower in Al-Khobar’s Al-Olaya District, marks a strategic milestone in the company’s regional growth plan under the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources’ sixth pillar for enhanced regional cooperation.
The expansion strengthens PMS’s presence in the Kingdom and positions the company closer to its customers and partners, enabling stronger participation in Saudi Arabia’s ambitious energy and infrastructure projects.
With decades of expertise, PMS provides integrated marine solutions aligned with international standards. Its services include marine pipeline and platform installation, submarine cable laying, diving operations, ROV deployment, marine surveys, and port development projects.
The company has already built a strong track record in Saudi Arabia, executing projects for Aramco, Khafji Joint Operations, and other major stakeholders. Beyond Saudi Arabia, PMS has contributed to high-profile port developments in Daba, Ain Sokhna, and Damietta, as well as offshore projects such as the West Delta Deep Gas Field submarine cable installation in the Mediterranean.
By opening this new branch, PMS reaffirms its role as a trusted regional and global partner, committed to safety, innovation, and excellence while supporting the Kingdom’s long-term development vision.
