ADNOC Voyager Launches in Egypt, Targets 3,000 Retail Points by 2026

Must read

In a major step toward expanding its regional presence, ADNOC Distribution has launched its flagship Voyager lubricants across Egypt in partnership with TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt (TEME). This marks the first time the UAE’s leading lubricant brand will be available in third-party retail outlets across the country, starting with select locations in Greater Cairo and the Nile Delta and through Amazon and Noon.

Voyager lubricants are now being locally produced at TEME’s advanced blending facility in Borg El Arab, Alexandria. This supports Egypt’s industrial goals by creating jobs, boosting local supply chains, and reducing import reliance.

Eng. Bader Saeed Al Lamki, CEO of ADNOC Distribution, stated that the launch is “a key milestone in ADNOC’s regional strategy,” with plans to reach 3,000 points of sale nationwide by 2026. Egypt’s lubricant market—one of Africa’s largest at nearly 450 kilotons annually—is poised for growth, driven by major infrastructure projects and a rising automotive sector.

Thomas Strauss, Managing Director of TEME, highlighted the joint venture’s ability to bring reliable, high-performance products to Egyptian consumers through local manufacturing.

The official launch, held at Abdeen Palace in Cairo, was attended by top executives and government officials, including Egypt’s Minister of Petroleum Karim Badawy. With over 180 global certifications and presence in 47+ countries, ADNOC Voyager aims to become a top player in Egypt’s fast-growing lubricant market.
