EIPICO Always leads the way into Digital Transformation

EIPICO and BTS – Business Technology Solution sign an agreement to implement its latest project in the field of Digital Transformation: EIPICO Quality Management System ( QMex )

Dr. Ahmed Kelani, Chairman and Managing Director of the Egyptian International Pharmaceutical Industries Company (EIPICO ), and Dr. Nadi Tanca, Chairman of Information Technology, Training & Consultancy Services LTD (BTS) signed Today an agreement to Install EIPICO Quality Management System (QMex).

QMex is a new fully integrated quality management system validated according to FDA 21 CFR part 11 guidelines, with variable features:

– Keeping up with the changing technology

– Implementing the new vision of digitalization and pharma 4.0 project

– Improving Employees’ qualifications

– Ensuring Customer satisfaction

– Complying with new requirements of guidelines in Data integrity issues

QMex is a new software for quality systems covering all modules , such as: Documentation , Change controls , Deviations , Training ,customer complaints , internal and external audits.

QMex is the latest link added to the series of pioneering projects recently implemented by EIPICO aiming to achieve the complete digital transformation of all the company’s activities.

Beginning with:

– CRM system for marketing and sales management.

– Track, Trace & Aggregation system for tracking the company’s products in the markets locally and globally.

– EIPICO Pharma 4.0 project for the digital transformation of production lines and warehouses.

– LIMS system for the digital management information in the quality control laboratories.

All of these projects operate within the framework of and are linked to the ERP SAP system managing the company’s financial, production and supply chain processes. All these projects are practically confirming EIPICO ’s leadership in developing the Technology of the pharmaceutical industry in Egypt.
