Hisham Ezz Al Arab, Head of the Federation of Egyptian Banks for further tenure

The Board of Directors of the Federation of Egyptian Banks selected Hisham Ezz Al Arab, Chairman of Commercial International Bank (CIB), to be president of the Federation for additional three years. Ezz Al Arab, who was assigned to the position three years ago, has been selected during the federation’s last meeting to choose the Board of Directors’ members.

It is worth mentioning that Hisham Okasha, Head of the National Bank of Egypt, has continued to serve as a deputy head of the federation. The Board’s membership joins Mohammed Al Atrbi, Chairman of Banque Misr, Mohammed Al Deeb, Chairman of National Bank of Qatar, Hassan Abd Al Majid, Managing Director of Société Arabe Internationale de Banque (SAIB). The membership also includes Akram Tenawy, Managing Director of Arab Banking Corporation (ABC), Ahmed Ismail Hassan, Regional Manager of National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Al Sayed Al Qaseer, Head of the Agricultural Bank of Egypt and Hala Sakr and Managing Director of Barclays Egypt, who has been selected for the board’s membership for the first time.
