The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) will issue on Monday treasury bills worth EGP 600 million, on behalf of the Ministry of Finance (MoF).
The issuance will be used to finance the country’s budget deficit, the bank said on its website.
The CBE noted that the first offering will be EGP 350 million for three years, while the second offering will be EGP 250 billion for 10 years.
