The real estae developer’s contracted sales for November 2016 reached LE1.1 billion.This is , according to Sigma Capital 47 times the sales figure of the corresponding period last year.
This was mainly driven by contracts for SARAI project launched on the early November. The company’s sales figure since the begining of 2016 came at LE3.1 billion which is 6 times that of the previous year’s figure. Its worth mentioning that MNHD secured contracts for 92 per cent for Phase 1 and 2 of SARAI project and the company expects that the remaining 8 per cent to be booked by year end.
