The Middle East Observer established in 1945 by Boris & Edgar Deblac, covering the movement of Ships in the Ports for servicing imports & exports all over the world, Trade Agreements text, Commercial Laws, the Cotton Stock Market and much more. The Newspaper was Widely spread through its main Office in Alexandria over a wide market of local, Regional & International Subscribers. In August 1959, Mr. Ahmed Fouda acquired The Middle East Observer and became the owner of the Newspaper. His First act was To move the Head quarters to Cairo (The Capital). Issue of 9/8/1954 marked the Middle East Observer’s 1st issue under its current management.

​The Newspaper have expanded its topics to Cover regional tenders, Gulf markets Development, monitoring the growth & development of the Petroleum industry & its Investment opportunities. Since Then, The Middle East Observer has been sustainable in the market delivering Weekly economic News & updates to its readers.
